small tv expensive food
The staff was friendly. The breakfast set me up for the day!
The room felt very dated. The kettle had limescale, and there was water left inside. The TV was also very small. I thought food was expensive for what it was.

uninspiring alley cracked mirror
The staff was helpful when I asked for extra towels.
The room overlooked a rather uninspiring alley. I was like I was starring in a gritty drama. I also noticed the bathroom mirror had a crack (it wasn't huge, but still).

attentive staff freshly cooked breakfast
the staff were attentive , cute , and ready to help. the room was spacious and clean. it had windows that opened wide, helpful during warmer weather. breakfast included freshly cooked options , with a variety of choices for everyone.
the hotel clearly needs a refurbishment and feels very outdated. the room also felt uneven.

spacious room great comfort
The room was spacious and slightly unusual. The bed provided great comfort. Breakfast offered fresh options.
My room on the third floor was small. The lift only reached the second floor. This made carrying luggage slightly difficult.
